Lighting and Ceiling Fans

Lighting installation from outdoor to indoor I install it all. Recessed lighting, chandeliers, wall scones, vanity, foyer, under cabinet lighting, outside post lights, security cameras, spotlights, led retrofit, motion lights, dusk to dawn lights, ceiling fans and more. All of my work is done to the current electrical code standards in a safe and professional manner, I use the best electrical components to ensure they will last a long time.

Recessed lighting

I offer many different styles of recessed maintenance free lighting, the led light is built into the housing. The Commercial Electric brand I like to install is one of the best brands available, it has 5 selectable options from a soft white to a daylight.

Vanity lights

I install any bathroom lighting including mirrors with lights, lighting in new location, replacement of vanity light and more.

Dining Room lights

I hold the light up for the customer partially assembled to figure out a good height, once it is mounted and fully assembled I take a final look to make sure it is at the desired height. I always leave extra wiring inside of the junction box on adjustable lights so that it can be lowered if ever needed.

Custom lighting

I can install custom lighting to your preference, this led panel light was installed flush with the unfinished basement ceiling and placed on a switch near the entrance.

Ceiling Fan Installation

A fan rated box is required for a ceiling fan installation, if there is not one existing I will have to install one prior to the installation of the ceiling fan.
